Veggie Cheese Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 bagels (regular, seeded, or everything style)
02 - 1½ cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
03 - 1 cup drained and chopped artichoke hearts from can

→ Cheese & Seasonings

04 - 8 oz cream cheese, left at room temperature
05 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
07 - 1 teaspoon powder made from dried garlic
08 - ½ teaspoon dried onion powder
09 - 1 tablespoon oil from olives
10 - pepper and salt as needed
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Cook spinach with oil until soft. Combine with drained artichokes, all three cheeses, and your spices.
02 - Cut bagels in half and toast them in oven at 350°F until slightly crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
03 - Load up each bagel half with the mixture. Pop in oven at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
04 - Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and enjoy while hot.
