Chicken Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded chicken, fully cooked.
02 - 2 cans (8 oz each) of crescent roll dough, refrigerated.
03 - 1 cup of cheese, shredded (like mozzarella or cheddar).
04 - 4 oz room-temp cream cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup diced peppers or chopped spinach (optional).
06 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
08 - Black pepper and salt, use as much as you like.
09 - 1 egg, beaten, for brushing rolls.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it get hot.
02 - Mix together the chicken, cream cheese (softened), shredded cheese, any veggies you're using, and seasonings in one bowl.
03 - Unroll the crescent dough and lay each triangle flat on the surface. Scoop some filling onto the wider part.
04 - Start at the wide end and carefully roll each triangle. Pinch any open edges shut so nothing leaks out.
05 - Put the rolls on a baking sheet, coat them with the beaten egg, and bake them for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - These can be made in advance and chilled until you're ready to bake.
02 - You can freeze the uncooked rolls to use later.
03 - Switch the cheeses around for a new flavor.
