05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper.
06 - Two large eggs.
07 - One cup of panko crumbs.
08 - A teaspoon of paprika.
09 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
10 - 1 tbsp squeezed lemon juice.
11 - A quarter cup of pickles, chopped up small.
12 - Two tbsp capers.
13 - An eighth of a teaspoon of salt.
14 - Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

02 - Combine the cornstarch with the salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk the eggs in their own dish. Toss together panko crumbs and paprika in a separate plate.

04 - Arrange the coated cod in the fryer basket. Spray with oil. Set the air fryer to 375°F, cook for 6 minutes. Flip the pieces over and air fry for another 4–6 minutes till golden and crispy.
05 - In a bowl, blend together the mayo, lemon juice, pickles, capers, and a small amount of salt.
06 - Top the fish sticks with fresh herbs if you like. Pair with tartar sauce and lemon wedges while everything's warm.

# Notes:

01 - To keep the cooked fish warm, place them in a 250°F oven while finishing the next batch.
02 - Store extras in the refrigerator for a few days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for about 3 minutes.
