Effortless Air Fryer Hash Browns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Nonstick spray for cooking.
02 - A couple of chives or parsley sprigs for topping.
03 - About 1/4 tsp of kosher salt.
04 - 1/4 tsp paprika.
05 - 1/8 tsp ground black pepper.
06 - Grated Yukon potatoes, 2 cups.
07 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Lay the grated potatoes on paper towels and pat them thoroughly to remove moisture.
02 - Take a box grater (use the big holes) to grate the peeled potatoes.
03 - Put the shredded potatoes into a bowl of cold water. Wash them a few times till the water looks clear, then drain.
04 - Toss the potatoes in a large bowl with garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
05 - Give the inside of your air fryer basket a generous mist of nonstick spray.
06 - Put the potatoes in the basket, spritz lightly with cooking spray, and air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes.
07 - Carefully mix the potatoes around in the basket. Break up any clumps while you're at it.
08 - Pop the basket back in and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Fry until they're golden and crunchy.
09 - Dish up the hash browns and top with parsley or chives. They're perfect with eggs!

# Notes:

01 - Skipping the preheat step is fine, unless your fryer manual says otherwise.
02 - Using a colander to rinse works, but small pieces might fall through.
