Lay the grated potatoes on paper towels and pat them thoroughly to remove moisture.

Take a box grater (use the big holes) to grate the peeled potatoes.

Put the shredded potatoes into a bowl of cold water. Wash them a few times till the water looks clear, then drain.

Toss the potatoes in a large bowl with garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.

Give the inside of your air fryer basket a generous mist of nonstick spray.

Put the potatoes in the basket, spritz lightly with cooking spray, and air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes.

Carefully mix the potatoes around in the basket. Break up any clumps while you're at it.

Pop the basket back in and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Fry until they're golden and crunchy.

Dish up the hash browns and top with parsley or chives. They're perfect with eggs!
