Effortless Air Fryer Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 teaspoons baking powder.
02 - 3 pounds of chicken wings.
03 - 2 teaspoons of kosher salt.
04 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
05 - 2 tablespoons of spicy gochujang.
06 - 1 tablespoon of vinegar made from rice wine.
07 - 1 teaspoon of sugar.
08 - 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
09 - 2 teaspoons of nutty sesame oil.
10 - 1 cup of creamy mayonnaise.
11 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil.
12 - 3/4 teaspoon sugar for the sauce.
13 - A tiny 1/8 teaspoon of Sriracha.
14 - Green onions and sesame seeds, for topping.
15 - Slices of cucumber and radish to go with it.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle baking powder and salt on the wings, then chill uncovered in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours.
02 - Cook in the air fryer set at 380°F for 25 minutes. Shake the basket every 5 minutes, working in batches.
03 - Whip up the gochujang sauce ingredients in one bowl and stir together the sesame mayo in another.
04 - Crank the air fryer up to 400°F and cook for another 5 minutes to crisp them up.
05 - Coat the wings evenly with the warm buttery gochujang mixture.
06 - Top with sesame seeds and scallions, then pair with dips and fresh veggies on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Using baking powder is optional but makes a big difference.
02 - Make sure not to pile too many wings into the air fryer.
03 - Feel free to swap in your favorite wing sauce.
