Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Take the flesh out and slice each piece into 5 even strips.

In one bowl, mix the panko, cheese, and pepper together. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.

Take each avocado slice and dip it into the egg first. Then press it into the bread mixture so it’s fully covered.

Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray. Lay the coated avocado pieces in a single layer. Cook them at 350°F for 3 minutes, flip them over, and cook another 3 minutes until golden brown.

Combine the ranch dressing and sriracha sauce in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.

Let the avocado fries rest for a minute or two. If you like, sprinkle some salt and drizzle lime juice on top before serving them with your spicy ranch dip.
