# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, cut into small pieces.
02 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 2 large eggs, whisked.
05 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (roughly 30), finely crushed.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1-1/4 pounds chicken breasts, thinly sliced and boneless.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it warm up.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the cracker crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Dry the chicken, then dip it into the eggs before fully coating it with the cracker mixture.
04 - Lay the chicken in a 9x13 dish, scattering the butter around the pieces.
05 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and clear juices flow.
06 - Dish it up while it's still hot. Drizzle the melted butter over the top if you like.
