Effortless Air Fryer Crispy Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 head cauliflower.
02 - Dash of hot sauce.
03 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
06 - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
07 - Pinch of black pepper.
08 - 1/4 cup water.
09 - 2 large eggs.
10 - 1 cup breadcrumbs.
11 - 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
13 - Nonstick spray for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the yogurt, mayo, crumbled blue cheese, hot sauce, and some pepper. Pop it in the fridge to chill.
02 - Slice the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, no bigger than 1.5 inches.
03 - Sprinkle the florets with garlic, chili powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
04 - Dunk florets into the egg-water mixture, then fully coat 'em with breadcrumbs.
05 - Air fry at 350°F. Flip halfway after 7 minutes and cook till golden and crispy.
06 - Serve while hot with that creamy blue cheese dip.
