Honey Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 1.5 lbs of wings (about a dozen)
02 - 1/2 tbsp of aluminum-free baking powder
03 - 1/2 tbsp potato starch or corn starch
04 - 1 tsp of garlic salt
05 - 1 tsp of seasoned salt
06 - 1 tsp of black pepper
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

→ Hot Honey Glaze

09 - 2 tbsp of butter
10 - 4 tbsp hot sauce
11 - 2 tbsp of honey
12 - Pinch of salt (taste first, optional)

# Instructions:

01 - If needed, separate wings into flats and drumettes. Dab wings completely dry using paper towels.
02 - Combine all the dry seasonings and make sure every wing gets a full coating.
03 - Set air fryer at 400°F. Add wings in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, flipping them once halfway. If your fryer is small, cook in rounds.
04 - On low to medium heat, melt butter in a pan. Stir in hot sauce and honey, letting it cook for a couple of minutes to thicken.
05 - Coat the hot wings in the honey glaze until totally covered.

# Notes:

01 - You can use the air fryer, oven, or fryer for this meal.
02 - Patting the wings dry makes them crispier.
03 - Make sure the baking powder is aluminum-free, not baking soda.
