Crispy Tortilla Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 soft flour tortillas
02 - 1 tablespoon butter, at room temperature
03 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Seasonings

04 - Garlic powder, as needed
05 - Italian seasoning, as needed
06 - Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Put your tortillas flat on a clean counter. Grab a spoon or knife and smear the room-temperature butter all over each tortilla. Don't miss the edges - they need butter too for the best taste.
02 - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, some garlic powder and Italian seasoning on the buttered sides. Stack one tortilla on top of the other.
03 - Set your air fryer to about 375°F and let it heat up.
04 - After it's hot, put the stacked tortillas in the basket and cook for around 4-6 minutes. Watch them closely since air fryers can cook differently. You want them golden brown and crunchy.
05 - When your tortilla garlic bread looks crispy and golden, take it out carefully. Toss some chopped parsley on top if you want a pop of color and freshness. Eat it right away while it's still warm and crunchy.
