Put your tortillas flat on a clean counter. Grab a spoon or knife and smear the room-temperature butter all over each tortilla. Don't miss the edges - they need butter too for the best taste.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella, some garlic powder and Italian seasoning on the buttered sides. Stack one tortilla on top of the other.

Set your air fryer to about 375°F and let it heat up.

After it's hot, put the stacked tortillas in the basket and cook for around 4-6 minutes. Watch them closely since air fryers can cook differently. You want them golden brown and crunchy.

When your tortilla garlic bread looks crispy and golden, take it out carefully. Toss some chopped parsley on top if you want a pop of color and freshness. Eat it right away while it's still warm and crunchy.
