Effortless Tater Tot Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Around 48 to 60 frozen tater tots.
02 - 3/4 cup cheddar, shredded.
03 - Half a cup of sour cream.
04 - 4 strips of bacon—cooked and crumbled.
05 - Green onion tops, thinly sliced (about 2).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F. Spray the muffin tin with a bit of cooking oil.
02 - Use 2 or 3 tots for each small muffin slot, or 4 to 5 for larger ones.
03 - Pop the tray on the oven's bottom rack for 10 minutes.
04 - Use a greased shot glass to press tots into little cups, then bake another 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
05 - Fill each tot cup with cheese. Bake 4 to 5 minutes—just until the cheese melts.
06 - Top each cup with sour cream, bacon crumbles, and onion slices. Best enjoyed while warm.
