Effortless Zucchini Chips Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 2 medium-sized zucchini, roughly 1 pound.
03 - 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs.
04 - A pinch of cayenne, if you like a little kick.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus extra for sprinkling lightly.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 3 tablespoons Parmesan, grated finely.
09 - 2 teaspoons cornstarch.
10 - Spray oil for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut zucchini into thin slices. Sprinkle a little salt, leave for about 5 minutes, then pat dry.
02 - In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, pepper, cornstarch, garlic powder, Parmesan, salt, and cayenne (if you're using it).
03 - Drizzle zucchini with olive oil. Mix well so every piece is lightly coated.
04 - Dip the zucchini rounds into the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently so it sticks.
05 - Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil. Arrange zucchini pieces without stacking. Cook at 325°F for 10 minutes, flip, and air fry another 8-12 minutes until crunchy.
06 - Let them cool on a rack or eat warm. Add extra Parmesan on top if you'd like.
