→ For Cooking

13 - Vegetable oil for the pan

# Instructions:

01 - Cut your shrimp into tiny pieces, or if you want them finer, give them a quick pulse in your food processor.
02 - Throw the chopped shrimp into a bowl with your crumbs, whisked egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Add the cornstarch if the mixture seems too wet.
03 - Dampen your hands slightly and roll the mixture into small 1-1.5 inch balls. You'll get about 20-25 total.
04 - Pour oil in a big pan and heat it on medium-high. Cook the balls in small batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until they're golden and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Works great as a starter or main course
02 - Don't blend the shrimp too much
03 - Leave space between balls when frying
