Cucumber Yogurt Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt.
02 - 3 cucumbers (Persian ones work well).
03 - ½ cup roughly chopped walnuts.
04 - 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped up.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
06 - ¼ cup pre-soaked raisins.
07 - 1 teaspoon of dried mint leaves.
08 - Black pepper and salt, as you prefer.
09 - Splash of olive oil for topping.
10 - Optional: dried rose petals for an elegant touch.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut cucumbers into small pieces, salt them a bit, and leave for 15 minutes. Pour out any liquid left behind.
02 - Stir the cucumbers into yogurt along with raisins, walnuts, mint, dill, garlic, and seasoning.
03 - Check the flavor and tweak the seasoning to make it just right.
04 - Top it off with olive oil, herbs, nuts, or raisins as desired.

# Notes:

01 - English cucumbers work as a substitute.
02 - Raisins need to be soaked first.
03 - Serve on the side or enjoy as a dip.
