Million Dollar Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups crushed butter crackers.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
07 - Salt and pepper to your liking.
08 - 4 cups of shredded, cooked chicken.
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
10 - A sprinkle of fresh parsley for decoration.
11 - 1 cup sour cream.
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 1 cup of mayonnaise.
14 - One 10.75 oz can of cream of chicken soup.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish that’s 9x13 inches.
02 - Toss the shredded chicken, mayo, sour cream, soup, cheeses, and spices together in a big bowl until everything’s smooth and blended.
03 - Spoon everything into the dish. Stir crackers with the melted butter and scatter on top.
04 - Pop it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until it’s bubbling and the top turns golden.
05 - Give it a few minutes to settle, then sprinkle parsley on and serve it up.

01 - Grab a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken if you want it quicker.
02 - Don’t put the cracker topping on until it’s ready to bake.
