Super Easy Pizza Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta Base

01 - 450 grams uncooked penne

→ Sauce and Toppings

02 - 720 millilitres marinara sauce
03 - 280 grams sliced pepperoni
04 - 200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and position the rack in the upper third of the oven.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne for approximately 2 minutes less than the package instructions indicate. Drain and return to the cooking pot.
03 - Stir marinara sauce and roughly one-third of the pepperoni through the drained pasta until evenly coated.
04 - Spread the pasta mixture evenly in a 23 × 33 centimetre baking or casserole dish.
05 - Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the top, then arrange the remaining pepperoni slices over the cheese.
06 - Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. For a golden, crisp top, briefly broil on high, monitoring to prevent burning.

# Notes:

01 - Slightly undercooking the pasta ensures it stays al dente during baking.
