Fresh Strawberry Mousse (Print Version)

01 - 5 medium strawberries
02 - 1 cup powdered sweetener or a no-sugar option
03 - 8 oz of either cream cheese or coconut cream
04 - 4 oz yogurt or more cream cheese or coconut cream
05 - A pinch (1/4 tsp) of vanilla bean paste, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Allow cream cheese to soften if you're using it, or ensure the coconut cream is thick and creamy before you start.
02 - Take the tops off your strawberries. Then puree them using a blender or mash by hand.
03 - Throw in the rest of the ingredients and blend thoroughly. Use a food processor, a mixer, or even a blender until it's perfectly smooth.
04 - Scoop into bowls or glasses and chill in the fridge. It'll firm up nicely as it cools.
