Allow cream cheese to soften if you're using it, or ensure the coconut cream is thick and creamy before you start.

Take the tops off your strawberries. Then puree them using a blender or mash by hand.

Throw in the rest of the ingredients and blend thoroughly. Use a food processor, a mixer, or even a blender until it's perfectly smooth.

Scoop into bowls or glasses and chill in the fridge. It'll firm up nicely as it cools.
