Take your blackberries and raspberries and lightly crush them with a fork. You want them broken down but still chunky.

Dump your smashed berries into a bowl with the berry yogurt and nut milk. Mix everything together until it looks smooth and uniform.

Spoon your mixture into ice cube trays, leaving a bit of room at the top of each section. Let them sit in the freezer for about 3 hours until they're totally hard.

After they're frozen solid, pop each bite out of the tray and stick them in a sealed container or baggie for keeping in the freezer.
