# Ingredients:

→ Seasonings & Garnish

01 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped for topping
02 - Salt and pepper to your liking
03 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
04 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

→ Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 1 tablespoon butter
07 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 cup heavy cream

→ Main Ingredients

09 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
10 - 12 ounces rotini noodles
11 - 1 pound ground beef

# Instructions:

01 - Use a large pan to brown the ground beef for 6-8 minutes in a mix of butter and oil.
02 - Boil the rotini as per the instructions on the packaging. Drain well and let it sit for now.
03 - Throw the garlic into the pan with the beef and stir it for about a minute or two until the aroma hits.
04 - Pour in the cream and mix in the Parmesan. Stir until the sauce thickens and the cheese is fully melted—around 3-5 minutes. Spice it up with the herbs and chili flakes.
05 - Toss the drained rotini into the sauce and mix everything up so it’s well-coated. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Add extra Parmesan for a thicker texture.
02 - Adjust chili flakes if you want it spicier.
