Gooey Marshmallow Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Stuff

01 - A spoonful of salt (1/4 tsp)
02 - A half teaspoon of baking soda
03 - Gather 2 cups of versatile flour
04 - Throw in 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)

→ Wet Stuff

05 - A cup of soft unsalted butter
06 - 1 and 1/2 cups of white sugar
07 - 2 big eggs at room temp
08 - Vanilla extract, about 2 tsp

→ Swirl Magic

09 - One cup of marshmallow cream

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, stir together the salt, baking soda, cocoa powder, and flour.
02 - Grab your mixer and beat together sugar and butter till they fluff up. It'll take 3–4 minutes.
03 - Add in eggs (one by one) and then pour the vanilla extract.
04 - Slowly include the dry mix into the wet, and don’t overdo it. Chill the mixture for an hour.
05 - Shape dough into little spheres, press a dent, spoon in marshmallow cream, and swirl. Bake for 10–12 mins at 350°F.

# Notes:

01 - After baking, let cookies sit on the tray for 5 mins before transferring.
02 - Try adding extra marshmallow midway through baking.
03 - Don't overdo mixing or texture gets weird.
