Turn oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat your pizza tray or baking pan with grease.

Spread out each biscuit and place them in a circle to make your base. Press edges together to make a rim. Brush some melted butter on top.

Put in oven for 10-12 mins till it's golden brown. Take it out and let it cool a bit.

In a pan over medium heat, cook your sausage meat till it's brown. Toss flour over the meat and mix it all together.

Slowly pour in milk while stirring. Add your spices. Let it bubble gently for 5-7 mins till it gets thick.

In another pan, cook your eggs, stirring often, till they're mostly done but still a bit soft.

Spread your meat gravy on the biscuit base. Add your eggs on top and cover with cheese.

Back in the oven for 5-7 mins until the cheese gets all melty and bubbly.

Throw some parsley on top if you want. Cut into slices and eat while it's hot.
