Beef Tot Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 pound ground beef (lean 85/15)
02 - 1 cup sweet corn
03 - 2/3 cup Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, split in half
05 - 1/3 cup whole milk
06 - 1/4 cup sour cream
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 cup crispy cooked bacon bits
10 - 32 ounces frozen tater tots

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375 degrees before starting.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a big skillet over medium heat.
03 - Throw in your corn, mushroom soup, half the cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, pepper, and bacon crumbles. Stir until everything's combined.
04 - Pour the beef mixture into a 9x13 pan, sprinkle cheese on top, then neatly arrange the tater tots over everything.
05 - After baking uncovered for 40-45 minutes, add the leftover cheese and cook for 5 more minutes.
