01 -
Warm the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Toss in the sesame seeds and chopped green onions, stirring them around for a couple of minutes.
02 -
Throw in the sliced mushrooms and cook for another few minutes until softened.
03 -
Pour in the soy sauce, honey, chicken stock, sesame oil, and Sriracha. Give it a good stir so everything comes together.
04 -
In another pot, boil the snow peas until they’re just barely tender, around 5 minutes. Drain them. Then, cook the fettuccine as the package says. Drain that too.
05 -
Add the snow peas and pasta to the mushroom mixture in the skillet. Toss them around so the sauce coats everything evenly.
06 -
Switch on your oven broiler to get it ready.
07 -
Get an oven-safe skillet hot with olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the salmon in the pan and sear the side for 4 minutes.
08 -
Stir the soy sauce and honey together in a tiny bowl. Brush this all over the seared salmon.
09 -
Put the skillet with the salmon in the oven and broil it for roughly 4 minutes, letting the glaze get golden and sticky.
10 -
Pull the salmon out of the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Set up plates by placing noodles at the bottom and laying a salmon piece right on top. Enjoy right away.
