Hot Chocolate Slow Cooker (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons vanilla extract.
02 - ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
03 - 4 cups chilled whole milk.
04 - Sweet toppings like marshmallows, whipped cream, or crushed candies.
05 - 12 ounces finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
06 - 14 ounces of condensed milk (sweetened).
07 - 4 cups of split heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend cocoa powder into 2 cups of heavy cream inside the slow cooker until smooth and lump-free.
02 - Mix in the other half of the cream, whole milk, condensed milk, chopped chocolate, and vanilla extract.
03 - Cover it up and cook on the low heat setting for about 3 hours. Give it a stir every 20 minutes so the mixture doesn’t stick.
04 - Switch the slow cooker to its warm setting. Add milk if you want it thinner. It can sit warm for 3 hours.
05 - Ladle into mugs and top it off with treats like marshmallows, whipped cream, or crushed candy canes.

# Notes:

01 - Whisk cocoa into cream first to avoid clumps.
02 - Choose good quality chocolate for the best taste.
03 - Perfect for entertaining—keeps warm for hours.
04 - Add extra milk if it gets too thick.
