Lemon Honey Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings Prep

01 - 3 tablespoons potato starch
02 - 2 pounds chicken wings
03 - ¼ teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - spray oil

→ Honey Lemon Butter Sauce

08 - 1 lemon, zest grated
09 - ½ cup of honey
10 - 1 pinch of salt
11 - 1 tablespoon butter
12 - 1-2 teaspoons of ground pepper
13 - ¼ cup lemon juice (add more if needed)
14 - 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic

# Instructions:

01 - Crank the oven up to 450°F. If your chicken wings are damp, blot them with paper towels to dry them off.
02 - Mix baking powder, starch, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder with the wings, making sure they're evenly covered.
03 - Line a sheet pan with parchment and spray a little oil on it. Spread the wings out in one layer, spritzing more oil over the tops.
04 - Drop the oven heat to 425°F and bake for 35–40 minutes. Turn them over halfway, spraying a touch more oil after flipping.
05 - In a small pan over medium heat, combine garlic, lemon zest, honey, butter, salt, pepper, and the juice from your lemon. Stir everything together and let it bubble softly for a few minutes. Want a dip? Set a bit of it aside.
06 - Take the baked wings, toss them into a bowl, and pour the honey-lemon sauce all over. Mix until the wings are coated well.
