Follow the instructions on the rice package, then mix it with lime juice and cilantro when it's ready.

Warm up the barbacoa in a pan over medium heat. Leave it untouched for about 3 minutes, give it a mix, and cook for another couple of minutes, so it's hot all the way through.

Wrap tortillas in a damp cloth and microwave them for 30-60 seconds, or toast them in a skillet for half a minute on each side.

Spread the rice, black beans, barbacoa, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and cheese onto each tortilla.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, roll it up tightly, and put the seam side down. Slice it in half or wrap it in foil before serving.
