# Ingredients:

01 - 900 g frozen seasoned fries
02 - 15 ml olive oil
03 - 225 g cooked bacon, chopped
04 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 60 g shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 225 g cooked chicken breast or pulled rotisserie chicken
07 - 30 g diced green onions
08 - 120 ml Louisiana Voodoo sauce

→ Optional Garnishes

09 - Ranch dressing, for drizzling
10 - Pickled jalapeños, sliced
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Arrange seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package directions until golden and crispy.
02 - While fries bake, heat cooked chicken and chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until warmed through.
03 - Top hot fries evenly with warmed chicken and bacon.
04 - Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the fries. Return baking sheet to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
05 - Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with Louisiana Voodoo sauce. Garnish with diced green onions, and if desired, ranch dressing, sliced pickled jalapeños, and fresh parsley.
06 - Present hot for best flavor and texture.
