Seafood Mac & Cheese Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta & Seafood

01 - 8 oz macaroni elbows
02 - 1 lb cleaned shrimp, shells removed (or crab and lobster combo)

→ Sauce Base

03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons plain butter
05 - 3 tablespoons regular flour
06 - 2 cups milk (full fat)
07 - 1 cup thick cream

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
09 - 1 teaspoon powdered onion
10 - ½ teaspoon dry mustard
11 - salt and pepper as needed

→ Cheese

12 - 1½ cups shredded strong cheddar
13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
14 - ½ cup grated Parmesan

→ Topping

15 - ½ cup crushed bread (if wanted)
16 - fresh chopped parsley for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Toss macaroni into boiling salty water and cook till slightly firm. Drain in colander and put aside.
02 - Pour olive oil in big pan on medium flame. Toss in shrimp and cook about 2-3 minutes each side till they turn pinkish. Move to plate and set aside.
03 - Drop butter in pan till melted, mix in flour till light brown. Slowly pour in milk and cream while stirring. Add all spices and cheese, keep mixing till it's all smooth.
04 - Mix the pasta and seafood into your cheese mix, stir it all together well.
05 - Dump mixture into greased square dish, sprinkle bread bits on top. Stick in 350°F oven for 15 minutes till top looks golden. Throw some parsley on before serving.
