Heat your oven to 375ºF. Boil the lasagna sheets following box instructions, drain them and put them aside.

Cook your meat in a pan over medium heat until brown, then drain fat. Mix in pasta sauce, tomato sauce, and herbs. Let it bubble for 5-10 minutes till it gets thicker.

Stir cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, whisked egg, and parsley in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Coat a 9x13-inch dish with cooking spray. Add 1 cup of meat mix, then place 6 noodles across the dish so they overlap.

Spread half the cheese blend, a third of your mozzarella, half the remaining meat, and 1/4 cup parmesan. Do these layers again, finishing with the last cheese. Cover with foil.

Pop it in the oven with foil for 25 minutes, then take the foil off and cook another 30 minutes till it's bubbling. Let it sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
