Combine chocolate, butter, and cream in a bowl. Mix till smooth, cover, refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Make 8 balls, and chill once again.

In a microwavable bowl, stir together sugar, rice flour, cornstarch, and cocoa powder. Add milk, whisking till there are no lumps.

Microwave the mix for 2 mins covered, stir, then microwave another 2 mins until glossy. Work in oil, knead until soft.

Slice dough into 8 equal parts. Flatten one piece, plop a ganache ball in the middle, and fold dough around it. Pinch to close.

Toss each ball generously in cocoa powder till fully covered and smooth.
