Set oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

Place 4 pepperoni slices and one half mozzarella stick at the wide end of each dough triangle.

Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, tucking the sides to encase the cheese.

Sprinkle the tops with Italian seasoning.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.

Allow to cool briefly before serving.
