Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)

→ Cheese

02 - 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved

→ Meat

03 - 32 slices pepperoni

→ Garnish

04 - Italian seasoning, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
03 - Place 4 pepperoni slices and one half mozzarella stick at the wide end of each dough triangle.
04 - Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, tucking the sides to encase the cheese.
05 - Sprinkle the tops with Italian seasoning.
06 - Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool briefly before serving.

01 - Ensure the cheese is fully sealed by the dough to prevent melting leakage during baking.
