Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Put flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and mix. In another bigger bowl, whip butter with both sugars and vanilla until fluffy. Drop in eggs one after another, mixing well each time. Slowly add flour mix. Fold in chocolate pieces.

Put half the cookie mix into your greased pan. Let it bake for 8-10 minutes, then pull it out.

While first layer bakes, mix caramels with canned milk in a double boiler until smooth. Once melted, stir in peanut spread until everything blends together. Pour this gooey mix over the warm cookie layer.

Take your leftover cookie dough and drop small chunks all over the caramel layer.

Pop it back in the oven for 15-20 minutes until you see a nice golden color on top.
