Nutella Coconut Dark Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 10 tbsp unsalted butter
02 - 3 oz chopped dark chocolate
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
05 - 2 large eggs at room temperature
06 - 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 2/3 cup plain flour
08 - 1/4 tsp table salt
09 - 2 tbsp cocoa powder
10 - 1/4 cup crunchy coconut flakes, toasted

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper in an 8×8 baking dish with extra hanging off two sides. Give everything a quick spray.
02 - Grab a small pot and melt your butter with chocolate over medium heat or pop it in the microwave. Let it cool down a bit.
03 - In another bowl, mix your eggs, vanilla and chocolate hazelnut spread with your sugar. Pour in your cooled chocolate mixture bit by bit and stir until it's all mixed up.
04 - Mix your coconut, cocoa, salt and flour together with a sifter. Gently fold this into your chocolate mixture without stirring too much. Pour it into your pan and bake about 40 minutes until the middle feels firm.
