Warm your oven to 350°F. Put some parchment on your baking tray.

Whip butter and sugar till light. Pour in honey. Separately mix dry stuff, then add to your butter mix. Stir in the nuts.

Make small balls from dough, press them down a bit. Cook for 10-12 minutes till they turn golden at the edges.

While cookies cool down, mix cream cheese with icing sugar until it's all smooth.

Once cookies are cool, spread filling between two cookies. Pour caramel on top and sprinkle with extra nuts.
