Set your oven to 250°F and line a baking tray with non-stick foil.

In a big skillet, toss in butter, oil, garlic, and parsley. Melt it all over medium heat and mix it well.

Add the oyster crackers into the pan. Give them a good stir to coat evenly with the butter mix.

Spread the crackers out on the foil-lined tray. Shake on Parmesan, a pinch of salt, and some black pepper.

Put the tray in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until they turn golden. Let them cool down completely before stashing them away.
