Garlic Parmesan Crackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced up fresh.
03 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (about ¾ stick).
04 - A pinch of black pepper.
05 - 4 cups (around 9 ounces) of oyster crackers.
06 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley.
07 - A quarter teaspoon salt.
08 - ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, grated fresh.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 250°F and line a baking tray with non-stick foil.
02 - In a big skillet, toss in butter, oil, garlic, and parsley. Melt it all over medium heat and mix it well.
03 - Add the oyster crackers into the pan. Give them a good stir to coat evenly with the butter mix.
04 - Spread the crackers out on the foil-lined tray. Shake on Parmesan, a pinch of salt, and some black pepper.
05 - Put the tray in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until they turn golden. Let them cool down completely before stashing them away.
