Hibiscus Pineapple Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1 cup cooled hibiscus tea
02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
04 - Juice of one lime
05 - Ice cubes, as needed

→ Topping

06 - Mint or sage leaves (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water and steep 2-3 hibiscus tea bags or loose flowers for 5-10 minutes. Cool it in the fridge before using.
02 - Toss the chilled tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and some ice into a blender. Mix it well until creamy and airy.
03 - Give it a taste. If it needs a bit more tang or sweetness, add lime juice or extra pineapple.
04 - Pour into glasses and, if you like, add sage or a few mint leaves on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it ahead and keep it in the fridge for a day.
02 - Using frozen pineapple makes it thicker and creamier.
