Boil water and steep 2-3 hibiscus tea bags or loose flowers for 5-10 minutes. Cool it in the fridge before using.

Toss the chilled tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and some ice into a blender. Mix it well until creamy and airy.

Give it a taste. If it needs a bit more tang or sweetness, add lime juice or extra pineapple.

Pour into glasses and, if you like, add sage or a few mint leaves on top.
