Pink Magic Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sweet Frosting

01 - 3 tablespoons milk
02 - 2 cups powdered sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup butter, softened

→ Fluffy Pancakes

06 - Sprinkles
07 - 2-3 drops pink gel food coloring
08 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or melted butter)
09 - 1 cup milk
10 - 1 large egg
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
12 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
13 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
14 - 2 tablespoons sugar
15 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese and butter together until creamy. Toss in vanilla and powdered sugar, then stir. Adjust texture with milk.
02 - Stir together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
03 - Create a hole in the center of the dry ingredients. Drop in the egg, milk, oil, and coloring, then mix gently. Add sprinkles if you want.
04 - Heat your pan to medium-high and pour 1/4 cup scoops of batter on it. Let it cook until you see bubbles (2 minutes). Flip and cook another minute or two until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Boost flavor by adding strawberry puree or extract.
02 - Play with the frosting’s thickness using milk or sugar.
03 - Don’t mix the batter too much or pancakes won’t be fluffy.
