Boil and pull apart chicken with your favorite spices. Cook and smash potatoes until smooth.

Throw chicken, potatoes, cheese and spices together in a big bowl.

Roll into cylinder shapes about 3 inches long. Roll in flour first, then eggs, finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Stick them in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden. Then shallow fry until they turn golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
