# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (250g) plain Greek yogurt, skinny or regular
02 - ½ cup (40g) protein mix (chocolate or vanilla type)

→ Extra Add-ins

03 - 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
04 - 1 to 2 tablespoons tree syrup, according to preference
05 - any milk you like, enough to get the right thickness

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and throw in your Greek yogurt with the protein mix and any extras you want (like cocoa powder). Stir it all together with a spoon or whisk until it looks like pudding. Add a splash of milk if it's too thick.
02 - Give it a little taste and add some tree syrup or bee honey if you need it sweeter.
03 - Eat right away or pop it in a sealed container and keep it cold for up to 3 days.

01 - Works best when you use whey protein for a creamy result
02 - Plant protein or casein might need more milk to loosen up
