Chop chicken into small chunks. Combine dry ranch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle mixture over all chicken pieces.

Warm olive oil in big skillet on medium-high flame. Sauté chicken 5-6 minutes till golden. Take out and put aside.

Using the same pan, drop in butter over medium heat. Throw in garlic and cook for a minute till you smell it.

Drop in condensed chicken soup, milk, and ranch mix. Stir till it's all blended and bubbling. Put chicken back in, cover, and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Mix in sour cream till it's all smooth. Dish up hot on mashed spuds, rice, or pasta.
