Ranch Chicken with Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
02 - 2 teaspoons dry ranch mix
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Gravy

06 - 3 tablespoons plain butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
08 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed chicken soup
09 - 1 cup milk (full-fat or 2%)
10 - 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch mix
11 - ½ cup sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Chop chicken into small chunks. Combine dry ranch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle mixture over all chicken pieces.
02 - Warm olive oil in big skillet on medium-high flame. Sauté chicken 5-6 minutes till golden. Take out and put aside.
03 - Using the same pan, drop in butter over medium heat. Throw in garlic and cook for a minute till you smell it.
04 - Drop in condensed chicken soup, milk, and ranch mix. Stir till it's all blended and bubbling. Put chicken back in, cover, and let it cook for 15 minutes.
05 - Mix in sour cream till it's all smooth. Dish up hot on mashed spuds, rice, or pasta.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to add more or less ranch mix based on what you like
02 - Toss in some mushrooms or green peas for extra flavor
03 - Stores well and tastes better when reheated next day
