RC Cola Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pound Cake

01 - 3¼ cups all-purpose flour
02 - 5 large eggs at room temp
03 - ¼ tsp salt
04 - 2½ cups white sugar
05 - 1 cup RC Cola
06 - 1¼ cups unsalted butter, softened

→ Glaze

07 - 2 tsp vanilla
08 - 3-4 Tbsp milk (adjust as needed)
09 - ½ cup salted roasted peanuts, chopped
10 - 2 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 325°F and grease a Bundt pan that holds 12-14 cups.
02 - Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Toss in eggs one by one, then slowly add salt and flour. Stir in the RC Cola until smooth.
03 - Spoon batter into the pan. Pop it in the oven and bake for 80-90 minutes. It's done when a toothpick comes out clean.
04 - Cool the cake for 15 minutes in the pan before flipping it out onto a rack to cool fully.
05 - Mix the glaze ingredients until smooth, pour over the cooled cake, and sprinkle with peanuts before it hardens.

# Notes:

01 - Let ingredients warm to room temp for the best texture.
02 - Add more or less milk to get the glaze thickness you like.
