Effortless Garlic Knot Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
02 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
03 - 4 pieces of salmon, each weighing about 6 ounces.
04 - 1/4 cup panko crumbs.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
06 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced finely.
07 - 1 lemon, sliced into wedges.
08 - 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley leaves.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F to preheat. Combine garlic and melted butter in a bowl. Pour half in a baking pan big enough for all the salmon pieces to fit in one layer.
02 - Mix the Parmesan cheese and panko into the leftover garlic butter until it’s evenly combined.
03 - Dry the salmon with paper towels, then sprinkle with sea salt. Lay the fillets in the butter-coated pan, skin-side down if it’s still on.
04 - Spread the cheesy breadcrumb mix over the salmon and press it down gently so it sticks. Scoop up any loose crumbs and press them back on.
05 - Place in the oven for 12 to 16 minutes. Check if the salmon’s done by looking for a golden crust and an internal temp of about 135°F for medium.
06 - Move the salmon to serving plates. Scoop up the leftover garlic butter in the pan and drizzle it on top. Sprinkle parsley and serve each with a lemon wedge.

# Notes:

01 - This dish delivers roasted salmon with a crunchy garlic-butter topping, great for weeknight dinners.
02 - Make sure your salmon fillets are evenly sized so they cook at the same pace. If starting with frozen fillets, let them thaw fully first.
