Set your oven to 425°F to preheat. Combine garlic and melted butter in a bowl. Pour half in a baking pan big enough for all the salmon pieces to fit in one layer.

Mix the Parmesan cheese and panko into the leftover garlic butter until it’s evenly combined.

Dry the salmon with paper towels, then sprinkle with sea salt. Lay the fillets in the butter-coated pan, skin-side down if it’s still on.

Spread the cheesy breadcrumb mix over the salmon and press it down gently so it sticks. Scoop up any loose crumbs and press them back on.

Place in the oven for 12 to 16 minutes. Check if the salmon’s done by looking for a golden crust and an internal temp of about 135°F for medium.

Move the salmon to serving plates. Scoop up the leftover garlic butter in the pan and drizzle it on top. Sprinkle parsley and serve each with a lemon wedge.
