Santa Hat Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

β†’ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
03 - 1/4 cup sugar
04 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

β†’ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 beaten egg
07 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
08 - 2 cups milk

β†’ Decorations

09 - 12 fresh strawberries
10 - Whipped cream
11 - 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles, plus extra for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Combine salt, flour, sugar, and baking powder in a big mixing bowl. Stir until it's all evenly mixed.
02 - Add milk, vanilla, beaten egg, and oil to the dry mix. Stir it all together until it’s smooth, then toss in some sprinkles and fold them in gently.
03 - Warm up a greased griddle on medium heat. Pour batter to make small 4-inch rounds. Flip once you see bubbles on the surface and cook the other side till golden.
04 - Place whipped cream on top of each stack, pop a strawberry in the center, then finish with another dollop of cream to make a cute Santa hat. Sprinkle more sprinkles if you'd like!
