Banana Bowl Bread (Print Version)

01 - 3 big bananas (or 4 tiny ones), super soft
02 - ½ cup butter without salt, melted down
03 - ⅔ cup white sugar
04 - 2 big eggs, not cold
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
06 - 2 cups regular flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon spice
10 - ¼ teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Butter up a 9x5 inch bread tin.
02 - Grab a big bowl and smash those soft bananas using a fork.
03 - Stir in your melted butter. Then mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla together.
04 - Gently mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until everything's mixed.
05 - Dump the mix into your greased pan. Let it bake for an hour until a toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Leave it in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then move to a wire rack until totally cool.

01 - Feel free to throw in some nuts, chocolate bits, or dried fruits
02 - Mushy, brown bananas make this way tastier
03 - Brown sugar or coconut sugar works too
04 - You can stick it in the freezer for up to 3 months
