Tasty Stuffing Mix Meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fatty ground beef (the juicier kind works better)
02 - 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (whatever flavor you like)
03 - 2 big eggs
04 - 1/2 cup ketchup, split in half
05 - 1/2 cup water

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven going at 350° F.
02 - Grab a big bowl and throw in the beef, dry stuffing, eggs, water and ONLY half the ketchup. Mix it all together.
03 - Push the mixture into a greased loaf pan. No loaf pan? No problem. Just make a loaf shape on some foil on a baking sheet. Bend the foil edges up to catch the juices and make cleanup way easier.
04 - Smear the leftover ketchup on top. Feel free to swap in bbq sauce, chili sauce or mix a few together if you want.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 45-50 minutes until it hits 160° F inside.
06 - Let it sit for about 5 minutes before cutting. Goes great with mashed potatoes or whatever sides you fancy!

# Notes:

01 - Fattier ground beef turns out better since the stuffing breadcrumbs soak up the juices
02 - Using lean beef? Add more water, a splash of milk, or toss in another egg
03 - Want to jazz it up? Try adding chopped onion, garlic, cheese, or your favorite spices
