Get your oven going at 350° F.

Grab a big bowl and throw in the beef, dry stuffing, eggs, water and ONLY half the ketchup. Mix it all together.

Push the mixture into a greased loaf pan. No loaf pan? No problem. Just make a loaf shape on some foil on a baking sheet. Bend the foil edges up to catch the juices and make cleanup way easier.

Smear the leftover ketchup on top. Feel free to swap in bbq sauce, chili sauce or mix a few together if you want.

Pop it in the oven for 45-50 minutes until it hits 160° F inside.

Let it sit for about 5 minutes before cutting. Goes great with mashed potatoes or whatever sides you fancy!
