White Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - 8 ounce chunk of white American cheese, diced into small pieces
02 - 8 ounce chunk of pepper jack cheese, chopped into small cubes
03 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese, diced and left to soften
04 - ½ cup whole milk, with extra on hand if needed
05 - 4 ounce tin of diced green chilies OR diced tomatoes
06 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
08 - ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the cheese chunks and milk in a medium pan over medium heat until fully melted. Turn the heat down to low.
02 - Mix in your choice of diced tomatoes or chilies plus the spices. Want more punch? Throw in 1-2 tablespoons of the can liquid.
03 - Need it runnier? Add milk a spoonful at a time. Want it thicker? Just let it cook a bit longer.
04 - Enjoy it hot with some tortilla chips.
