Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - 2 cups pulled cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 1 can (10¾ ounces) cream of chicken soup, condensed
03 - 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
04 - 1 can (5 ounces) milk, evaporated
05 - ½ cup celery, diced small
06 - ⅓ cup onion, minced
07 - 1 can (4 ounces) green chilies, diced
08 - 1 packet (1 ounce) taco spice mix

# Instructions:

01 - Throw all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until everything's mixed well.
02 - Dump the mixture into your slow cooker (at least 1½ quart size).
03 - Let it cook on high for 2 hours, giving it a stir now and then.
04 - Turn down to low or warm setting before you serve it.

01 - Perfect with crunchy tortilla chips or your favorite crackers
02 - Store-bought rotisserie chicken works great
