# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1/2 cup regular sugar
05 - 1/2 cup softened butter

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 ⅔ cups plain flour

→ Mix-ins

09 - 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
10 - 1/2 cup tiny marshmallow halves
11 - 1/2 cup small semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Melt butter in the microwave for about 40 seconds, until liquid.
02 - Stir the melted butter together with both sugars. Once smooth, add vanilla and the egg, mixing well.
03 - Slowly mix in the flour, salt, and baking soda. Don’t overdo it—the dough should feel soft, not sticky.
04 - Fold in the mini chocolate chips, cracker crumbs, and marshmallows gently.
05 - Drop cookie dough (3 tablespoons per cookie) on a sheet. Leave 2 inches between each. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are just set and soft in the middle.

01 - Both salted or unsalted butter will work.
02 - Either dark or light brown sugar can be used.
03 - For accurate flour measurements, sift or fluff it before scooping.
