Spicy Sweet Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of salmon (6 oz or 170g each)
02 - 1/3 cup spicy honey (80ml)
03 - 3 garlic cloves, crushed
04 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30ml)
05 - 1 tsp smoky paprika (5g)
06 - Salt and pepper for seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 425°F (220°C) and put parchment on a baking tray.
02 - Stir the spicy honey, crushed garlic, fresh lemon juice, smoky paprika, salt, and pepper together.
03 - Lay the salmon on your lined tray and coat thoroughly with the spicy honey mix.
04 - Pop in the oven for 15-20 mins until the fish breaks apart easily and the sauce browns nicely.
05 - Give the salmon a few minutes to sit before you dish it up.

01 - You'll know the fish is done when it flakes apart
02 - Feel free to make the honey milder or spicier
