Cheddar Spinach Chicken Patties (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Burger Mix

01 - 1 lb ground chicken
02 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped fine
03 - 1/2 cup white cheddar, shredded
04 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
06 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
07 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
08 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - Salt and black pepper, as needed
10 - Olive oil, for cooking

→ Assembly

11 - 4 burger buns
12 - Add-ons if you want: lettuce, tomato slices, or more cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and throw in your ground chicken, spinach, cheddar, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together lightly until it's all mixed up.
02 - Split the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each one into a burger patty.
03 - Pour a bit of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the patties about 5-6 minutes on each side until they hit 165°F (75°C) inside.
04 - Move the cooked patties to a plate and let them sit for a moment or two.
05 - Put your patties on buns with whatever toppings you like. Dig in and enjoy your meal!

# Notes:

01 - You can swap in gluten-free breadcrumbs and buns if you need to
02 - They taste great cooked on the grill too
03 - Any leftover patties stay good for 3 days in your fridge or 3 months if frozen
